2Account Registration

To create an account on cv444, you must provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to cancel an account if incorrect information is provided.

Identity Verification: A National ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate may be requested for verification. This is a routine process to ensure the security of the platform.

3Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to use the cv444 platform:

  • Age Requirement: You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21.
  • Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a contract.
  • Personal Use: You are using the account for yourself and solely for entertainment purposes.
  • Voluntary Participation: You are participating in gaming activities voluntarily and with full consent.
Minor Protection: We place the highest importance on protecting minors from gaming. If you know that a minor may have access to your device, make sure your account is password-protected.

4Account Security

5Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Terms

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
  • The name on the payment must match the name on the account.
  • Deposits made through a third party are prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the most recent deposit.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
Fraud Prevention: If a suspicious transaction is detected, cv444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the transaction and request additional verification.

6Bonuses & Promotions

cv444 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before accepting.

Welcome Bonus

  • 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be completed. Note that wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

Wagering Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing bonus winnings.

General Bonus Terms

  • An account may not receive the welcome bonus more than once.
  • Winnings derived from bonuses are not withdrawable until wagering is fully completed.
  • The deposited amount in the bonus balance is always used first.
  • cv444 reserves the right to make changes to the bonus program at any time.
  • If a bonus is misused for fraudulent purposes, the account and bonus will be cancelled.

7Gaming Rules

All games on cv444 are operated on the principle of fairness. Each game result is independent and not influenced by the outcome of any previous game.

  • All game software uses internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
  • The minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game are clearly shown in the game interface.
  • If a technical issue occurs during a game, that round may be declared void and the bet amount will be refunded.
  • cv444 is not responsible for any loss caused by an internet connection failure.
  • Any winnings incorrectly displayed due to a software error will be considered void.
Sports Betting: Odds, match statistics, and event information in sports markets are sourced from third parties. cv444 always strives to ensure the accuracy of this information, however liability for data delays is limited.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cv444. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all deposited funds:

  • Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
  • Playing games using automated bots or software.
  • Abusing or manipulating bonus offers.
  • Using the platform for illegal money transfers or money laundering.
  • Attempting to hack or intrude into the platform's software.
  • Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.
  • Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
  • Harassing other users on or through the platform.

9Limitation of Liability

cv444 is an entertainment gaming platform. Our liability is limited in the following areas:

  • Financial losses caused by the user's own carelessness or negligence.
  • Losses caused by technical issues, server downtime, or internet connection disruptions.
  • Issues related to third-party services (such as mobile banking).
  • Direct or indirect financial or psychological harm arising from gaming.

10Account Closure & Suspension

cv444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
  • Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
  • Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
  • Long-term inactive account (prior notice will be given in such cases).

Voluntary Account Closure

You may voluntarily close your account at any time. To do so, notify our support team. Please withdraw any available balance before closure — recovering your balance after the account is closed may be difficult.

As part of responsible gaming, you may contact our support to set limits or take a temporary break.

11Privacy & Data Protection
